Mrs. Welch
Penny Welch went to Jefferson Elementary School in Spokane, Washington. She liked to play tether ball, square ball, kick ball, and to play on the bars. Her favorite books were, Little House on the Prairie, and The Black Stallion Series . She loves working with the kids and staff at Northern Heights.
