Mrs. Stanton

Ms. Stanton went to kindergarten in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. During the summer she moved to Albany, New York where she finished first through fourth grade. At the end of fourth grade she and her mom moved to Edison, New Jersey where she went to school though middle school.

At recess she liked to race against her friends and swing on the horizontal bars to practice her gymnastics. She played board games but they were not her favorite. She liked to do art projects. Her favorite books were realistic-fiction like, The Eloise Series, Bridge to Terribithia, Island of the Blue Dolphins, and the Beverly Cleary Series . Of course, she also loved to read Shel Silverstein. Ms. Stanton loved to read about other countries and imagine what it would be like to travel. Now, she's traveling quite a bit. She has a dog named Hawk and he is very hyper. Hawk loves to ski and his favorite day is at Mt. Baker. It is true that a capuchin monkey has bitten her on the head.
